Q2: Do you have any stock of those products on the website list?
A: Most of our products are made-to-order, so we do not typically keep inventory. The items you see on our website are examples of custom projects we've completed for previous clients or our latest designs.
Q3: Could I make some changes on the designs after order confirmed?
A: We’ll do our best to accommodate any design changes before mass production begins. Simply notify us in advance, and we’ll work with the factory to refine the design based on your updates.
Q4: What processes will be if I have only the ideas of making something for promoting my brands?
A: We’ll need your full collaboration. Here's how the process works:

Q5: Do you provide design service if I just have an idea but not draft.
A: Yes! We can create a free basic draft based on your idea. If you would like a 3D render, there’s a small fee of $50–100.

We offer flexible payment options:
For samples and design fees: PayPal or T/T (bank transfer).
For mass production: T/T (bank transfer).
Alternative payment options are available by negotiation.
